Is there parking on site?
Yes — complimentary parking is available on property for all guests.
What amenities are provided in each unit?
All units are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. All linens are provided. Every unit also includes a full kitchen with oven, stovetop, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker (with coffee provided) — so you are set from the moment you arrive.
Is there a dress code?
Casual. Come comfortable — you are in the mountains.
What alcohol is provided, and what should I bring?
Included alcohol covers the glass of champagne upon arrival and all ingredients for the Canopy Cocktail Competition. Everything else — wine with dinner, evening drinks, anything in between — is BYOB. We will share the dinner menu in advance so you can plan accordingly. There are several liquor and wine shops nearby if you would like to pick something up on the way in.
Is there coffee in the morning?
Yes — every treehouse and cabin has its own coffee maker, and coffee is available alongside the morning breakfast at The Black Bear.
When is payment due?
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. After the registration period closes, you will receive a personalized payment link based on your selections. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received.
