The Aged Owl is a 1 bedroom treehouse. The separate ensuite has been turned into a conference room that is not accessible to guests. It is rented out for corporate events, but we will NOT allow any Conference Room bookings during your stay. You have access to all amenities in the treehouse and porch. The layout includes:

Loft (above Bedroom #2) – Sleeper sofa, 2 twin loft beds, bathroom

In the Trees is an expanding resort, and The Aged Owl treehouse is part of Phase 1. As you travel around this cabin, you will see and hear construction. We ask our construction workers to start work later in the morning, especially on weekends. Please do not touch or go near any construction equipment, but we do encourage you to walk around (stay on the road) to get a glance of the exciting things coming to In the Trees! The Aged Owl is near construction zones.

CANCELLATION POLICY – Cancel 30+ days before your check-in date, receive full refund. Cancel 15-30 days before check-in date, receive 50% refund. Cancel 14 days or less before check-in date, no refund.
