We offer 100% refunds on cancellations made before 30 days prior to check-in. We offer a 50% refund on cancellations made between 30 days and 14 days prior to check-in. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

Each cabin and treehouse is approximately 30-50 yards apart.  We did our best to strategically angle the cabins and add balcony walls to maximize privacy on the back patios.

To get to the start of downtown Hot Springs, it is approximately an 8 minute drive.

In the Trees is adjacent to the Northwoods Mountain bike trail system and Cedar Glades Park. Both of these options have both hiking and biking trails. You can ride into either system from In the Trees (it is a steep downhill from the cabin) or you can take the very short drive to either trailhead to begin your journey. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. We do our best to accommodate an early check-in, but it is best to text us the morning of your arrival to get the best estimate on when we can get you into your cabin, since much of our cleaning time frame depends on when the guests before you depart. We cannot accommodate late check-outs.

At In the Trees, enhance your stay with Charcuterie Boards or S’mores boards delivered to your cabin! Great question, as there are many options! First, your kitchen is equipped with cooking basics, so feel free to bring your own food and cook in your kitchen while enjoying your amazing view of the Ouachita mountains.

Also, Door Dash is offered in Hot Springs, and Dashers typically do not have trouble getting the food to your cabin. When you order, make sure to explain to your Dasher that he/she needs to come on up the mountain to your unit.

We love your pups! Our cabins are pet-friendly with a $30/night fee. There is a limit of 2 pups per cabin and we ask that all dogs stay off furniture and sleep in his/her own bed/blanket. Guests are responsible for any damage done by dogs.

While we are working to add a wheelchair-accessible option to In the Trees, we currently do not have this option. The Wagoner does not have any steps to enter the cabin, but the doorways within are standard width. This can accommodate most wheelchairs. The bathrooms are showers only.
