If you are in Hot Springs between May and October, head downtown to the Historic Farmers Market on Saturdays from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm or until the produce runs out. The market operates on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm in the winter. The market offers a great selection of fresh produce and local goods from all around Arkansas.
